How much advance notice do I have to give to order sweets for a special occasion?
Rajbhog Foods welcomes all special orders. Please note as the event is a very special one to you and your family, we would request at least 5 business days to produce the items in addition to the shipping time. Special elaborate sweets take time and are hand crafted, so please try to plan appropriately.
What can I do if I do not see the item I am looking for on the site?
Rajbhog makes almost 140 different types of handcrafted Indian sweets. We unfortunately are not able to have all of these items readily available at all times. If you wish to order an item not listed, please call our customer service number and speak to a representative. Please be advised shipping time would be the same as a Special Occasion order.
How can I forward a comment, compliment or complaint to Rajbhog Foods?
Rajbhog Foods wants every customer to be completely satisfied with our services and our products. You may submit a form by visiting our website or call our customer service at 1-888-Rajbhog. We take your complaints seriously, and of course, welcome all compliments.
What is your shipping method?
All products are shipped via UPS.
  • Any items marked with an asterisk should reach their destination with 24-48 hours after shipping.
  • Choose the appropriate shipping method to ensure this time line.
Can I provide my own Shipping Company?
To help facilitate our customer needs, we do allow our customers to provide shipping information and there accounts numbers for other carriers such as FedEx, DHL or UPS. We request customers to call and speak to a customer service representative directly when wishing to use this method.
What is your shipping policy?
UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday and Major Holidays.

Please be advised that orders will not be shipped on Friday unless specifically confirmed by calling 1-888 Rajbhog.
This is to avoid your shipment being stored in a UPS Warehouse over the weekend as items are perishable.
Once shipped items can not be returned or exchanged as products are perishable.
We want our products to be in the freshest state for your enjoyment!

What is Rajbhog coupon acceptance policy?
Time to time, Rajbhog runs special discounted coupons. All coupons have a validate date, a code number will be present, please type that coupon into the discount section, if valid the discount will be applied to the total invoice.

How many days do you take to process the online order?
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after order is received and is not shipped on weekends. Please note the lead time is increased during special occasion such as Diwali.
Is my credit card charged right away when I complete my order?
According to our payment policy, once the order is submitted, a HOLD for the invoice amount will be placed on your credit card; the card will only be CHARGED when the merchandised is shipped.
